Hi and welcome!

 

I'm Darla, a proud Mama of five grown daughters and a Mimi, who has turned my own fitness journey into a passion for helping others. 

 

My passion for fitness began at 19, when I started teaching group exercise classes, but life got busy with my growing family, and I found myself neglecting my own health. 

 

In my early 40’s I realized I needed to prioritize myself, so I made a commitment to change.  My journey back to getting in shape led me to realize that there are NO limits to what can be done, no matter what age you are.

I also share my journey and tips for success in my book, “Build Your Best Body, Build Your Best Life

My passion is to help others learn how to make lasting changes and pursue their best in life and health!
